I’m not going to wait and be put at a bottom of a queue 1. I‘ve waited over a week for a reply. 2. App has been taken off market. 3. MULTIPLE complaints on website over same issue. I don’t understand what else your team needs to “resolve” this issue since it’s clear that y’all running transactions without approval, I’m not the only one. On top of that, my bank over-drafted because of YOUR UNATHORIZED PAYMENT and was charged an extra $34 *edit- $34 overdraft fee for EVERY DAY my account of overdrafted* for three days of overdraft that I also demand back, I AM DISABLED person I’m not able to work and have to ration my money very carefully. Your stolen $57 bucks have put a disabled single mom behind rent and bills, so there goes my credit score, I HAD TO TAKE OUT A LOAN TO PAY OFF OVERDRAFT FES OVER AN UNATHORIZED PAYMENT. WHY IS AN APP PUTTING ME THROUGH SO MUCH TROUBLE?? GIVE ME MY MONEY AND FIX THIS.
