    I've asked that mine be cancelled about 3 days ago and they will not respond to my emails....I did tell them I will contact my bank and there will be no payment made to them....

    I went to my Apple ID and under subscriptions it will be listed under there then I unchecked it.

    I requested cancellation due to the lack of concern for my posts that have been submitted. I’m sorry it should not take months for a reply, specially since we are paying them for there information and help. It has now been 3 weeks and still no reply.

    Here hope this one would help;
    On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
    Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
    Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
    Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
    Tap Subscriptions.
    Tap the subscription that you want to manage. ...

    I sent in a request to get my money back after I had canceled the subscription but yet I still have them taking money from me. It would be nice if someone got back to me instead of waiting a month to get any answers
